3653, Coating Manager

This is an important role managing the day-to-day running of a Coating Department. The role requires the ability to organise others to produce an effective and efficient coating service that meets targets for delivery, scrap and re-work. This involves ensuring the team is well educated and up to date with production methods and processes and coordinated with each other and with other departments and the monitoring of key parameters. You will need to coordinate with Planning, Production Control, QA/QC and personnel to ensure the timely delivery of product and the development of your team. Salary is negotiable, the package good and if necessary there is a relocation package.
